They were on time for the estimated walk-through, on time for getting us a written quote, on time for the work, and Cole was great in explaining the process as well as what the team would be doing from start to finish. The technicians were courteous, on time, and a did great job with the work as well as the clean-up. The areas they worked on looked brand new, and many were 12-13 years old. I live in a house a little over 40 years old, so I've never seen the shower look any sort of new. Chris steam cleaned it and fixed the cracked grout that was causing leaks. He and Cole (who did the consult) were very polite, and the work was great!

Hiring Sir Grout to freshen up our 20-year old tiles throughout our condo was the best decision! The tile floors and showers were cleaned and regrouted with an Epoxy grout. Brian, the owner, helped me pick a new color grout that made my floor look seamless. He is very professional & reliable, trustworthy and does outstanding work. I waited before giving the review and the grout has stood up to summer traffic and remained clean (I followed his instructions to a tee!). I am so happy with my floors and the awesome job Brian did! I found Sir Grout and meet with Brian who was on time, professional, easy to deal with, who explained exactly what his group could do, and actually gave me an estimated cost and followed up with a quote that was as he said. Then I met Joe who was a fabulous guy. Again all of the same qualities of Brian and great workmanship to boot. All said a great experience and a grout job that won't leak, mold or chip away. I am so pleased with the beautiful results from having our beach condo's tile cleaned, grout repaired and sealed. It looks like a brand new floor. The owner is very easy to communicate with, and it was not even necessary for me to be on-site when the work was done. The price was competitive with the other quote I received and well worth the results. I would highly recommend this business.
